Who we are
“Dumitru, Popescu and Associates” is a professional law firm with limited liability, with legal personality, established in 2015, in accordance with the specific Romanian legislation, by lawyers Bogdan Dumitru and Razvan Popescu, both members of the Bucharest Bar Association ( www.baroul-bucuresti.ro ), an affiliated bar association of the National Union of Romanian Bars ( U.N.B.R. ) ( www.unbr.ro ).
The shared vision of the two founding lawyers was to provide clients with high quality legal services, in a time book tailored to the particular needs of each individual client, in an honest, transparent and consistent manner.
Our services
The object of activity of the company is regulated in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 51/1995 and the Statute of the Legal Profession, consisting of numerous activities in the legal field: legal consultations and requests, legal assistance and representation before courts, arbitration courts, criminal prosecution bodies, public administration bodies and institutions, drafting of legal acts, mediation activities, fiduciary activities, defence and representation with specific legal means of the rights and legitimate interests of natural and legal persons.
Our expertise
The entire team is made up only of lawyers with the right to practice, registered in the active lawyers’ registers of the Bucharest Bar Association, respectively of the other bars in the country, bars affiliated to the National Union of Romanian Bars (U.N.B.R.).
