Education and training

Christina’s theoretical training is mainly in corporate law, both from the perspective of the normal operation of companies and from the perspective of the legal regime imposed by insolvency proceedings, thanks to the educational institutions she attended: National Institute for the Training and Improvement of Lawyers – title of lawyer, National Institute for the Training and Improvement of Lawyers – title of trainee lawyer, Romanian-American University, Faculty of Law – Master of Business Law, Romanian-American University, Faculty of Law – graduate.

Professional experience

Cristina’s professional activity in the field of company law and personal data protection, accumulated in more than 9 years of practice, covers the entire field of companies, both in the situation of their operation in a normal regime and especially in the context of the rigours imposed by insolvency proceedings, thanks to the many lawsuits and proceedings in which she has been involved, in conjunction with corporate consultancy.

In the area of commercial law, the cases concerned both the internal and the external dimension of companies: actions for nullity of corporate acts, actions for reinstatement of persons within companies, nullity of fraudulent acts of transfer, actions for revocation of management bodies, actions for exclusion of partners, actions for recovery of debts, etc., while the advisory activity concerned: relations with clients, amicable debt recovery, adaptation of contracts, takeover operations, etc.

Insolvency proceedings and lawsuits have covered the entire matter: applications for the opening of proceedings, opposition to the opening of proceedings, appointment of the administrator/judicial liquidator, applications for inclusion in the creditors’ list, challenges to the list, applications for transfer to bankruptcy proceedings, challenges to the activity reports, annulment of fraudulent acts, liability of assets, challenges to the decisions of the creditors’ meeting, challenges to the measures of the administrator/judicial liquidator, formulation of legal opinions, etc.

In the area of personal data protection, the legal advice concerned a number of personal data controllers: identification of personal data used in the current activity, drafting of data processing policies, drafting of data processing security procedures, establishment and implementation of organisational and technical measures necessary to ensure the exercise of rights by data subjects, drafting of data processing registers, etc.
